If client-provided measurements/details are inaccurate, the client is responsible unless MB Metal expressly agreed to official measurements.
7. Product Images, Visuals, and Configurator Preview
Images, renders, previews, colors, textures, and materials are illustrative.
- Actual products may differ due to screen settings, material batches, lighting, reflections, finishing process, and technical production adjustments.
8. Prices and Payments
Prices are provided individually based on each project and custom requirements.
- Unless stated otherwise, prices may exclude VAT, delivery, installation, site preparation, additional accessories, special materials, and post-confirmation changes.
- Payment terms are defined in the offer, invoice, or agreement.
9. Production, Delivery, and Installation
Timelines are estimates unless explicitly confirmed in writing.

12. Warranty and Defects

- Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, poor maintenance, unauthorized modifications, accidents, wear and tear, unsuitable conditions, or incorrect client-provided specs.
13. Intellectual Property
Website content (text, visuals, renders, logos, layouts, and configurator elements) is owned by or licensed to MB Metal unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be reused commercially without prior written permission.
